use a batch with this to get command prompt
@echo off
command
command.com
pause

then u can create a new account with

net user Username Password /add

then odds are (at least at my school) your new account will have full command prompt acsses

hey fyi about being traced you can use
netuser USERNAME PASSWORD /add
to add new accounts and u can use the accounts as proxy's

Closing explorer.exe is not that bad. just do a run explorer.exe and its right back up..no harm done

i guess you could enter notepad and say 'start' then save as 'cmd.bat' i havent tried it w/ cmd disabled comps yet, but it might work...
